Wrongful conception claims in Chile: a proposal for their justification

In this article, the authors refer to the wrongful conception claims, particularly the controversy of their admission in Chile. On the basis of comparative and human rights international law, the authors argue in favor of the women’s right to reproductive self-determination as the foundation of their compensation.
